Road and TT Bike Fit
Solve discomfort, prevent injury, increase power, maximise enjoyment
- Power to the pedal– we fit you correctly from pedal to pelvis, turning your body in to the engine that drives your bike forward.
- Custom insoles– keeps the foot in the optimal neutral position for power transmission for the whole of the pedaling cycle.
- Aerodynamics– delivering the optimum aero position with the ability to run well off the bike is the ultimate aim.
- Saddle analysis– Using state of the art saddle pressure mapping technology we are able to advise and fit the optimum saddle and position to not only increase comfort but also to ensure optimal power transmission, an area that if often overlooked or not properly invested in.
The Run Clinics
In conjunction with Tri Something, have your run technique analysed, broken down and improved
- Move Better – we believe that most people can run faster and get less injuries from being taught to move more correctly.
- Practice makes perfect 6 to 8 sessions can see your running transformed even if you already run at a good level.
- Mobility and drills – we give you homework to go away and improve your co-ordination and natural movements.
- Our top package includes run coaching to compliment your 1-2-1 sessions at the clinic.
Swim Coaching and Sessions
1-2-1 swim coaching, open water training and sessions at Mount Pleasant Swimming Pool, Harare.
Are you nervous about swimming in open water? Would you like your technique refined? Do you need advice on how to achieve faster in the water by better sighting, slick turns, entry and exit strategies?
We have experienced coaches who offer both pool based and open water coached sessions either 1:2:1 or small groups are available. Suitable for all abilities.
Mutorashanga Quarry is our stunning open water venue in Mutorashanga. The ideal location to join one of our weekly open water swim sessions or have a 1-2-1 lesson.
