Who we are
Tri Something offer a range of triathlon coaching services in Harare, Zimbabwe for all abilities of athletes from professional to novice and from sprint to Iron Man distance. We are a coaching service using the latest technology to provide “real” coaching through digital platforms along with face to face time. We pride ourselves on ensuring that all of our athletes are treated as individuals offering a bespoke environment and structure to enable them to achieve their personal goals – be that finishing their first triathlon through to National qualification.

What we offer
At Tri Something we are able to offer the ultimate triathlon training program: from daily workouts tailored to you, to unlimited contact with your coach by email and telephone, as well as nutritional and body conditioning advice. Since September 2020 we have introduced our Tri Something Squad virtual training sessions and races using the Zwift training platform which have been a huge success bringing the squad together. We run various Tri Something training days throughout the year for all 3 disciplines as well as a number of training camps that are designed to educate, push our athletes forward and also to have a great time doing it!

Headed up by World Triathlon Certified Level 1 Coach Rob Wallace and World Triathlon Certified Level 2 Coach Gideon Benade, Tri Something is a growing coaching team mentoring a large number of athletes all over the country.
We offer bike fitting, run clinics and swim coaching every day with group rides and runs on weekends.

Every athlete whether pro or age group level requires a different kind of coach depending on your mental approach, ability and application. We have a variety of coaches to suit your needs.
Step 1 - Get in touch
Tell us all about yourself – your history, your races, your results, your goals and ambitions.
Step 2 - Let us find your perfect match
We will then team you up with one of experienced coaches who we feel would offer you the best advice.
Step 3 - One to one meeting
Our coach will arrange a one to one meeting where you can discuss your options and decide if Tri Something is for you.
We offer bespoke training programs to suit all athlete levels from novice to elite. We also offer group coaching for athletes looking for training but without the one to one contact.
Tri Something run a number of training camps and days throughout the year to offer athletes the opportunity to train with the coaches and absorb their knowledge as well as a boost to their own fitness.
